Carneros Clubhouse

We redid the clubhouse on this palatial vineyard home which had been rebuilt for the first time since the 1970s. Our clients wanted to create the perfect place to gather large groups of family and friends for holidays and special events like their daughters’ weddings. We installed comfortable seating arrangements to give plenty of options for people to mix and mingle. A dining table from Nickey Kehoe seats 30 and there are plentiful couches and armchairs for side conversations and dessert. In the great room, with ceilings clad in white oak, we brought in earthy, red and brown fabrics to evoke the warm country atmosphere of the landscape. Plaid, leather and wicker pay playful homage to the original farmhouse on the property, an aesthetic our clients love. Warmer tones give way to soothing blues in the bar and lounge space where friends and family can have a drink after using the custom table games for pool, shuffleboard and foosball.

The entire space features a richly textured reclaimed-wood floor from antique tobacco barns. The clubhouse also sports ADU-accessible bathrooms, a commercial kitchen for caterers to service events, and a charming guest room that we renovated.
