Presidio Home
These clients came to us to renovate their four-floor Presidio home, built in 1905. We started on the top and redesigned their entire upstairs living room, guest room, bathroom and office. Then we worked our way downstairs and continued to refresh everything from the fireplace and carpeting. We furnished the home with custom and antique pieces sourced in accordance with our clients’ classical tastes. We preserved much of the built-in carpentry which still shines throughout the home.
Downstairs, we remodeled their boys’ bedrooms and bathrooms and fully renovated the basement, adding a spacious wine cellar and laundry room, a bathroom and an entertainment space.
This traditional project features a handful of intentional, modern nods but remains pretty and decorative and reflects our clients’ appreciation of antiques and fine details.
